The Ask

Corona, one of America’s favorite beers, partnered with number 1 Country Album singer, Kenny Chesney to gain nationwide exposure as the official beer for Kenny’s tour. Our task: create a 5-month program to engage with the consumers of this general target audience.

Our Solution

We created a national retail campaign promoting a flyaway sweepstakes. In a five month period, we worked a 40 market strategy of 20 arenas and 20 stadiums around the US with Kenny Chesney which kicked off a retail campaign offering a chance to win an all-inclusive, Private Show with Kenny in Miami Beach, FL.


The program reached over 1.3M ticketed consumers during the 5 month period, generating thousands of on-site impressions. The equivalent to over 30,000 Corona Light cases were sold on tour along with the generation of 80+ additional, custom branded, Corona x Chesney point of sale pieces for retailers nationwide. More than 50,000 sweepstakes entries were received within a 120 day promotional time period leading up to the private show.
